The Rat Race
It has been a heck of a time here ... The placement week(read as day) was a trade fare.Candidates running all over the campus with their resumes looking for a prospective buyer. Commodity trading and bargaining was at the max.It has been a week since the festoon happened.Mixed thoughts. Conflicts between the mind and the heart. Hopelessly hopeful. Looking forward to a rewind button. It has been a rough ride this week. Have moved from being enthusiastic to depressed to skeptic to accepting reality... Is life just a rat race ? or is it a random rolling of utterly chaotic events ?... Looking forward to meet more of me

The Corrupt
Corruption has always painted a dirty picture through the world. But where exactly does this corruption root from. Is it the need that makes people corrupt? Is it the greed? Is it the luxury? Is it the status symbol? Is it the power that makes people corrupt? The real fact is that all this factor supplements to the corrupt mindset, but the real corruption hails from the FEAR. Yes! Fear of losing POWER makes people corrupt .This is the initiator and all others follow suit. So to avoid corruption we need to put the right people who don’t fear losing power.

Inflation
Structural Inflation is the one caused due to governments Monetary Policy and monetary inflation is due to increase in wages and prices. Inflation in India is both structural and monetary.
Inflation in India and all around the world is a result of government & central bank's Keynesian monetarist policies of printing money to get economies out of recession. They don't understand that, by printing money they are only going to create more havoc in people's life by creating inflation or possible hyperinflation. Printing money is not wealth creation. It actually destroys wealth. It results in capital consumption which reduces the possibilities of higher economic growth in future. People need to understand that consumption never drives any economy. Economies grow because of savings, capital accumulation and production. Without production, consumption is impossible.

IRIS Recognition in UID
The iris of the eye is a protected organ, which controls the diameter of the pupils – the centre part of the eye – and the amount of light entering the eye. The front, pigmented layer of the iris contains random patterns that are visible and highly stable. These patterns are also highly intricate, and unique to every individual. The iris faces very little wear, and can consequently serve as a secure, always available passport that an individual can present for verification. The field of iris biometrics has seen significant research and investment over the last decade, and at this point, iris capture has become a mainstream technology with wide acceptance. In India, over 50 million people have been enrolled using iris recognition systems in Andhra Pradesh and Orissa. Feedback on these systems has been positive both from enrolling agencies and state government officials. Mexico is also using iris for its version of Unique ID to deliver public benefits to its entire population. De-duplication through iris has been carried out on a large scale – one implementation that de-duplicated the entry of immigrants into a country has carried out five trillion iris comparisons since 2001
